Welcome to the new upgraded v12
Collection: Textures from around the world part 1. The original
collection was created in 2006, utilizing the best methods and technology of the
time. Since then techniques and technology have both moved forward, and here at
3DTotal we felt that, although the original collection is still widely used and
highly regarded among artists and studios of all calibers, it was time for an
update.
This 'Around the World' collection has been created
from 100% original photography submitted to 3DTotal by our army of freelance
artists from all over the world. This array of authentic-styled textures from
each country listed, could only be achieved thanks to the amazing links 3DTotal
has with top texture artists worldwide. The DVD is split into the categories as
listed below, but the textures are so versatile that they can be used in almost
any fitting 3D environment.
This collection would prove useful in huge amount
of scenes and projects from everyday scenes to fantasy images to themed
architectural visualization and of course more specific scenes from around the
world. It contains 180 individual materials, comprising of
over 626 individual, hand-crafted texture maps. Every texture now has its own
unique color map, bump map, specular, and in some cases alpha & normal maps
Due the large volume of textures,
artists and hours that were required to compete this collection we have had to
split it up into 2 CDs, being v12 & v13.

3DTotal gallery selective artists using these textures alone.
HTML interface providing easy browsing and map selection to
use with all 3D Software packages (Will work with all web browsers and is PC &
MAC Compatible).
Important Information: As the
New Total Textures V12 : R2 has 3 times the content over the old CD we have had
to make them DVD's so please make sure that you have a DVD Rom Drive on your
computer before purchasing.
The Total Textures on this DVD are compatible with all
Software.
